Team Work in Badminton Double

Very often a pair with good team work in double can beat others with higher individual skill. How does it work?
Lee Yong Dae and Jung Jae Sung (LJ) beat Candra Wijaya pairing with Nova Widianto (CN) who literally CN individually have extraordinary experience and skills. CN just paired, they haven't known each other well on court. Too many misunderstanding between the two is the cause of lost points. This is happen when 2008 Asia Championships in Malaysia.
Getting know each other strengths, weaknesses and communications is taking time and experience playing together.

How to Get a Perfect String Tension for Badminton

What string and tension is perfect for me? High tension is the best? My racket is Yonex Nanospeed 9900? I like hitting hard but control is more important to me than speed. Our club is using feather shuttle speed rating 78. I mostly play in men doubles. Nice feel string is more important than durability. I want my string give me a great confidence on any match. I want hard feel when playing control and power assist when smashing. I'm not a professional player so power is very limited.
Is there any right answer for all these facts?
